Login:
To use the System you have to first Log into the System with valid Username and Password which you will get from BioEnable Team
Just visit to http://track.gpsintegrated.com site for making login to system.
After login is made following screen will be displayed
Following are the some of details about the icons:

This alert is generated when vehicle has crossed specific limit for speed. As soon as max speed defined while enrolling carrier is crossed alert will be recorded

This alert is generated when GPS facility is not available for the particular vehicle

This alert is generated when user press SOS button
4]
This alert is generated if particular vehicle cross boundary area specified for the movement. For particular vehicle we can specify longitude and latitude for the movement. if vehicle goes beyond that area, alert will be generated for the same.
5]
This icon will be shown on dashboard if valid logs are not received to server for last three days.
6]
This icon will be shown on dashboard if valid logs are received to server from last three days
7]
This alert will be generated if the device is not charged or the battery is low.
Quick links:
Quick links are the links given to customer to have easy access to set settings related to vehicle.1. Carriers: Carriers are nothing but the devices. When customer click on carriers link it will open up one window where he can change various settings related to carrier. E.g he can set geofencing for carrier. Go through the following screen which provides way to provide geofencing for the same:
In order to set geofencing click on edit button which will open window where customer can edit the details. Go through following screenshot for the same.
When user will click on the square, mouse pointer sign will change to (+). and then he can draw the area and click on submit button to send updates to server.
After area is selected it will show that with blue color symbol. once the submit button is clicked, user will be redirected to previous page where he can select the condition when this geofencing alert will be generated. E.g
in geofence attribute he can select:
1. Alert when out: If vehicle croosed geofence area and come out of that then alert will be generated
2. Alert when IN: If vehicle croosed geofence area and come into that area then alert will be generated
3. Alert always: When vehicle goes out of geofence area and comes again into that area then at both time alert will be generated.
After setting any of above type, once save button will be clicked, geofencing area will be set for that carrier.
Session:
Session are the time period until which vehicle will send logs to server. As soon as session will be created it will take default date and time for start.
User activities:
User activities are nothing but the detailed information which is stored for activities done by the user. When user click on user activities link, following page will be displayed:
This page displays information about following:
User ID: It shows the login id with which user has logged into the server
User name: It shows the user name with which user has logged into the server
Login name: It shows the login name with which user has logged into the server
Login date time: It shows the login date and time at which user has logged into the server
Logout date time: It shows the logout date and time at which user has logged out from the server
Duration(mins): It shows time period for which user has logged on to server
Speeding:
Speeding link gives details about the allowed max speed given for particular carrier and max speed reached (km). When user click on speeding link it shows following page:
It gives following details:
Date time: It shows date and time at which vehicle has reached to max speed limit
Carrier id: This is the ID which is given to carrier at the time of enrollment
Device id: This is the ID which is given to carrier at the time of enrollment
Allowed max speed: It gives allowed max speed with which carrier has enrolled on server
Max speed reached: It shows max speed that was reached by carrier.
Targets:
Targets link is useful for defining the location names on the server. Through this link user can add their own location name for placemark.
once user will click on the link of targets it will open following page:
once user will click on placemark link, it will open following page:
In upload placemark file user can select kml file with placemark added and upload it to server
Options: in options screen if user select "Also add in target table" option and then click on Add placemark button, related entry will come in targets table. and also placemark will be added on server.
Transaction history:
This link provide detailed information about the transactions done by the carrier. E.g regarding alerts, Gps available etc.

Following information is displayed on screen:
Multimap: When user clicks on multimap link it will show carrier information in multimap
Mappoint: When user clicks on mappoint link it will show carrier information in mappoint
Gmap: When user clicks on Gmap link it will show carrier information in Google map
It also displays following information:
Carrier ID: This is the ID given to carrier at the time of enrollment
Device ID: This is the ID given to carrier at the time of enrollment
Date time: It shows date time at which transaction occurs for carrier
GPS available: It shows status for GPS in True or false
Rest of the symbols are not in use.
Active sessions:
This link gives information about the sessions which are active for carrier.
Carrier name: This is the name with which carrier is enrolled on server
Device: This is the name given for the carrier
From date time: It shows date and time for session
Distance kms: If vehicle is currently moving then it shows distance travelled by vehicle
Motion hrs: It shows motion hours for particular vehicle
Stationary hours: It shows hours for which vehicle is in stationary state
Max speed: It shows max speed with which vehicle is travelled.
Google earth:
This link will be useful for downloading .kmz file to see tracking data for carriers enrolled. once this kmz file will be downloaded, user can open this file in google earth and click on linepath through which vehicle has travelled path
once this kmz file will be downloaded user can open that file using google earth and can click on linepath slider to view the path through which vehicle has been travelled
It will show the file in google earth as follows:Today detailed: This option will download todays KMZ file and show the tracking for todays date
Last known locations: It will download last known locations which we have previously submitted to server
Fleet for last 30 days: It will download KMZ file and will show the fleet status for last 30 days. ie path travelled during last 30 days
Tracking can be done in two ways:
1. Web based live tracking
2. Desktop based tracking using Google Earth.
1. Web based tracking: Once user will click on "Live Tracking" new window opens and route of vehicle will be displayed in terms of balloons. (white balloons indicates vehicle is moving and red balloons indicates stop)
In case of hybrid image option it will display Google map with satellite imaginary
How to see location name on balloon icons?
In order to see location names on balloons make login with username and password given. and on dashboard click on "My Account" link
When user will click on "My Account" link it will display following screen
After this link is clicked it will open following page:
Placemark: (show my): It will show only placemark which are added by that particular user only
Placemark: (show all): It will show all placemark which are added by other users as well
Details to show in markers: (account id): If this setting is selected then it will show account id in the balloonOrganisation ID: If this setting is selected then it will show organisation id in the balloon
Device ID: If this setting is selected then it will show device id in the balloon
carrier ID: If this setting is selected then it will show carrier id in the balloon
DateTime: If this setting is selected then it will show Datetime in the balloon
Latitude_longitude: If this setting is selected then it will show latitude and longitude for carrier in the balloon
Speed: If this setting is selected then it will show speed at which vehicle is travelling in the balloon
Alarm: It will show status for the same as realtime log in balloon. If SOS button is pressed then it will show "SOS". If low battery indicator is there then it will show "low battery status" in this.
Location name: If this setting is selected then it will show to which location vehicle is passing nearby.
Type:
Map: If map is selected then it will show map with street name in gmap as default
satellite: If satellite is selected then it will show satellite image in gmap as default
Hybrid: If hybrid is selected then it will show combination of map and satellite image in gmap as default
Zoom: here user can select upto which level map can be zoomed by default. User can select from 1-20 numbers
: If this setting is enabled then it will show location name for carrier in balloon
Once all settings are selected it will show details like following screen
For getting Maps in MS Virtual Earth click on VEMap option below Web Tracking.

Desktop based tracking:
To do live tracking using desktop it is must that user need to have Google earth installed on the system. if not then go through the link provided and download the latest free version of Google earth.

For desktop based tracking click on "BETA" option under desktop category.
After BETA link is clicked it will ask to open the file through Google earth. Click on open to open the file.
once open button is clicked, on the desktop it will open Google earth and asked user to make login in the system with username and password. User will be required to enter following user name and password
user name: demouser
password: demopwd
After double click on made on GPSintegrated link it will show carrier details. So just make double click on carrier name to track its path.
Once start button is clicked it will start showing the path through which vehicle has travelled.

It will also show start point and end point of the vehicle.
REPORTS:
following screen will provide report details. Currently total 10 numbers of reports are available for user.
1. Start stop report: This report gives detailed information about vehicle start time and stop time. it also gives details about max speed through which vehicle has travelled during the journey. Just go through following screen which provide details regarding the same
Also this report can be seen according to charts
2. Begin End day report: This report gives detailed information about begining and end day report about particular carrier.
3. Fleet summary report: This report gives detailed information about vehicle start location, total distance covered by vehicle, Total stops taken, Number of geofence in and out, vehicle max speed, number of SOS (emergency alerts) etc.
4. Detailed activity report: This report gives carrierwise and datewise report for vehicle start time, its location details, speed in kms per hour, and distance travelled by the vehicle.
5. Speed report: This report gives detailed information about vehicle start time, speed of vehicle at particular time, and its location details.
6. Fleet status report: This report gives detailed information about current status of vehicle.
7. Alert report: This report gives detailed information about various alerts that are generated by vehicle.
i) Overspeed: This alert is generated when vehicle has crossed specific limit for speed. As soon as max speed defined while enrolling carrier is crossed alert will be recorded
ii) SOS: This alert is generated when user press SOS button which is located on upper section of device
For more details regarding SOS button go through following image of the same
press this button for 3 seconds for SOS alert.
iii) Geofence IN OUT: This alert is generated if particular vehicle cross boundary area specified for the movement. For particular vehicle we can specify longitude and latitude for the movement. if vehicle goes beyond that area, alert will be generated for the same.
iv) GPS not available: This alert is generated when GPS facility is not available for the particular vehicle.
8. GSM data usage report: This report gives detailed information about the usage data for GSM
9. Google earth report: This report gives information about history of vehicle on geographical locations.
i) detailed report: This report will download kml file and shows todays report for particular carrier travel path
ii) Last known location: This report will download kml file and shows last known locations on which vehicles have been traveled so far
iii) Fleet for last 30 days: This report will download kml file and shows fleet status for last 30 days
10. Miscellenous report: This report gives information about detailed status of vehicle. Following are the contents of report:
1. Transaction history: This report contains following details:
i) carrier ID: This is ID which is assigned to particular vehicle
ii) Device ID: This is ID which is assigned to device
iii) Datetime: It gives details about the particular date and time about vehicle.
iv) GPS available: This column represents true and false value for GPS available during that particular time
