How to get started ?

In order to test our product you can buy

1 - Sample GPS Tracker : USD250 per unit of GPS Tracker v2. This is first sample price only and regular supplies can be made available at much lower prices. GPS Tracker v2 is easy to configure and use product, its even easier to use then a cellphone. It comes with inbuilt LiOn rechargeable battery (works for 6-8 hours) and chargers that allow you to charge it in Car, Home or Office.

2 - GPRS SIM card: Contact your local GSM cellular service provider and check if they offer GPRS facility on SIM cards. If yes, get their GPRS charges and select the one that give unlimited data transfer 24 hours a day at low cost or upto 20MB per month. 20MBytes is the maximum data transfer done by our GPS Tracker per month. You have to provide us with following information related to GPRS SIM card:

- SMSC (SMS Center) Number
- APN  (Access Point Name)
- GPRS Username
- GPRS Password
- SIM PIN (if activated, optional)
- Cellular Operator Name

We will pre-configure this information but in case required we will provide you with utility to do these settings.

Some GSM Cellular operators may charge you for GPRS per Kilo Bytes data transfer. If you think that the cost of transferring 20Mega Bytes per month will be very high then we can configure the device to transfer less data like 3 Mega Bytes per month by reducing frequency of data communication.

3 - Apply for web based account on GPSintegrated.com along with sample order. It will cost you USD25 activation charges per GPS Tracker and USD5 per month per GPS Tracker. Discounts available for 10+ accounts. You can have one web account for multiple GPS Tracker units but above charges are applicable per GPS Tracker and not per web account. While creating web based account we will need information about your SIM card number, GPS service provider details.


Once your web account is created you can see your device online and test our complete system. We offer free customizations and upgrades and with your feedback we will make changes in our system so that it suit your and your customer requirements.

How to start your own GPS Tracking Service ?

Once you have tested our GPS Tracker and web based tracking system and learned various aspects, stability in your country etc. you can make a business plan to offer these services in your country.


With partnership with us Starting GPS tracking service is quite simple.

1 - GPRS SIM supply - Talk to your local GSM Cellular service provider with maximum coverage of your country and stable GPRS connectivity, for regular supply of SIM cards with cost effective plan. You may like to get into agreement with Cellular service provider. We suggest you to meet and discus with the corporate sales manager of the Cellular service provider for bulk SIM card deals.  Most of our customers buy SIM cards at highly discounted rates. You should focus on SIM card plan with lowest GPRS cost per month. Most cellular providers offer unlimited data transfer GPRS plans but sometimes you can identify Limited data transfer plans costing less then unlimited plans. Our system require maximum 20MB data transfer per month but we can reduce it up to 3MB per month. Along with GPRS focus on low national SMS charges and free incoming calls.

2 - GPS Tracker in stock - You should keep stock of GPS Trackers with you as per your monthly sales.  You can purchase these devices from us. We will offer volume pricing based on your monthly projected volumes. These products are offered by us at manufacturing cost from our international partners.  We have evaluated several products and finalized products that will give most stable GPRS connectivity and flexible features. In case you already have your own products, then you cna discus possibility of integrating them with our web based tracking system.


3 - Web based system - We can register a new domain name like www.your-company-tracking.com and host it on our web servers (Shared Server package). Hence instead of visiting GPSintegrated.com your customers will visit www.your-company-tracking.com and access their account. We will provide you with administration username/password that will allow you to create web based accounts for your customers and manage them. This way you can independently manage your customers without depending on us whereas the complete technical backend system will be managed by us. You are not required to invest in web servers and related maintainance cost.

Dedicated Server package: We also offer Dedicated server packages , where complete server is dedicated for your own web based tracking system. We offer dedicated servers hosted in USA or UK but in case you intend to hire dedicated server hosted in your own country, you are welcome. We only recommend dedicated servers hosted in professional Data centers managed by well known ISPs. we suggest minimum 10MBps and upto 100MBps uplink/bandwidth for such servers.

We do not support servers hosted inside private enterprise data centers with available bandwidth less then 10 MBps.


4 - Support Engineers - You will need  support engineers to insert GPRS SIM card inside GPS Trackers, Do settings inside GPS Tracker using provided software, Create a web account on website to activate the device, Test the device and dispatch to the customers. Engineer can also help customer get started quickly or help in onsite installation. Depending on your business requirements you will need one or more engineers.


5 - Other - Along with above 4 system you just need regular office systems for sales, marketing, administration , support etc. You don't need to invest in any costly hardware or software.


What will be cost of offering this ?

Shared Server Package: We will charge you onetime setup fee and monthly usage charges. Onetime setup fee for your own domain with GPS tracking system on shared server is USD2500 and monthly usage charges will be USD5 per month per GPS Tracker device registered.

Dedicated Server package: We also have a package where we will setup a dedicated server hardware and software for your exclusive domain. This ensure higher security and control. Your Web server administrator in this case can keep track of server and data security. This will cost you USD5000 one time and USD500 per month for dedicated server rental and  USD5 per month per GPS tracker device registered. Server will be hosted in USA based data center selected by us. You may also select your own data center with additional costs.

Full Software license: In case you intend to purchase full web based tracking software license for one Main Server & one Backup server, restricted to be used within your country or region. It will cost you approx. USD20000 onetime. In this case you can install it on your own server and manage it and are not required to pay any royalty for GPS trackers. One sever can support minimum 1000 and maximum 2500 GPS tracker devices, depending on how you configure the complete system and resources.


Can you provide me the complete web based system in other international languages ?

Language conversion charges: If you need complete system to be converted in your own language like Arabic, Spanish etc. it will cost you additional USD2500 one time.


What is volume purchase price for GPS Tracking devices ?

We offer direct USD prices from manufacturers without any margin for ourselves. We focus on earning from our software and services. Currently average  prices are USD200 per GPS tracking unit for volumes below 500 nos. Expected volume prices for 5000 nos. is USD150.



I have some government and large corporate customers who intend to setup their own independent system ?

For such customers you may purchase Full Software License for such customers.


At what price can I sell this system to my customers ?

You can determine your own price in your country. Based on your business plan we can also offer other packages.


Can I become your reseller ?

Yes, you can become our reseller, in this case you will just sell products under the brand of BioEnable and GPSintegrated.com and you are not required to pay any setup costs mentioned above. You can purchase GPS tracking devices for distribution and pay USD5 per month per GPS tracker for web based system. You may charge additional cost yo your customer for GPRS SIM cards.



Do you appoint Exclusive distributors or Partner ?

Yes, If you commit 100 GPS tracking devices purchase per month we will appoint you as our exclusive distributor for your country.



Can you customize your system for my requirements ?

Yes we are ready to provide customized web based software and interfaces but we do not customize the hardware devices. But if you have large volume requirements or intend to give us a project, we can also develop custom GPS tracker devices for you.



Can I buy my own Dedicated Server hardware and host the server in my own data center or office?

This is not the recommended way to start but if you are confident of managing your own servers we can offer a package for the same.  Running and managing servers for GPS tracking is more complex compared to running and managing server for database applications. In this case you need to arrange server hardware, OS and data center and you need to buy the complete GPS vehicle tracking system software from us. You can either buy Dedicated Server Package or Full Software License.

System Requirements: Intel Pentium D Dual-core 3.4Ghz, 800Mhz FSB, 2x2MB L2 Cache, 2GB DDR RAM, 160GB SATA HDD, 1500GB Transfer, 100Mbps uplink, Windows 2003 server OS
Server with above specifications can manage upto 2500 GPS tracking devices

In case you go for the plans mentioned above you don't need to do all this.


In my country the GPRS is not stable and I want to use SMS for Tracking ?

In some countries GPRS connectivity is either not available or not stable. Hence SMS is the second option or backup option for receiving GPS data. When the system uses SMS to receive GPS data its functionalities and capabilities are significantly reduced compared to GPRS live tracking and ou cannot make good use of our system.

e.g. You will not be able to see continuous tracks on the maps as normally you will configure the device to receive certain limited SMS per day.

Our system does support SMS options if configured but default option is GPRS. In case SMS option is configured, then we require a SMS to Web Gateway to receive SMSes in your country and upload them on our GPSintegrated.com server.

Some Cellular Service providers offer facility called SNMP gateway access, where there is not need to buy SIM to receive SMS but they will provide you a web based login where such SMS can be received. If your Cellular service provide provide you such an account then there is no need for SMS to Web gateway. You cna provide us the access information and we will configure our server to automatically download SMSes from this account. If this facility is not available you cna purchase one SIM card and use our SMS gateway to receive SMSes.

We also provide SMS gateway device at the price of USD600 per SMS to Web Gateway. This device needs to be installed in your office and connected to Ethernet port to access internet (Else it can use GPRS connectivity). This device will receive SMS from the vehicle tracking devices and upload them instantly on our web server so that your customers can access their tracking data immediately.

Also note that many GSM operators charge different price for local and national SMS. If you install only one device then all Vehicle tracking units will need to send National SMS. But if you want to save SMS cost you can also install one SMS-Web Gateway per Cellular circle. Also it is recommended to have a backup SMS-Web gateway if SMS is main tracking medium.


Can you configure your GPS tracking system with some other GPS Tracking unit ?

Yes we can configure the system to work with other GPS tracking unit after testing and approving them. We have several features configured and different devices may or may not support many features. Also some devices are not having good GSM or GPS modules and it leads to errors in data, connectivity and on maps. 

Sometimes you may find some products available at lower cost but be aware of the following issues:

- Some products are sold at lower prices only if you buy them with their service packages. e.g. in USA some company may be ready to sell GPS Tracking unit for USD99 but you may need to buy their package along with it which may be very costly.  Also their hardware cannot be configured on our system as they do not disclose their protocol details.

- Some packages are purely made for personal tracking and they charge you for every location request and Live tracking is not offered. This can be very costly compared to our system which give Live tracking and several thousand location request per day.

- Some GPS tracking hardware do not have good GPS receivers and GSM Modules. If GPS receiver is not good, the GPS locations will show with significant error on the maps and in many conditions there will be no GPS data. Secondly If GSM module is not good it will not provide stable GPRS connectivity and data will not be received by the device. Hence it is necessary for us to test the device before configuring it with our system



It will cost you USD2500 onetime additional to test and configure a new device in our system. Also note that manufacturer of the device shall provide the communication protocol or data sheet to enable us to configure the device.




Can i see more than one vehicle at a time on your website login ?

Yes, We give one login per customer and one customer may have multiple devices configured in single login. You can see multiple devices in dashboard and generate combined reports and even in Google Earth you can see all of them together.

And for large corporate customers who need different logins for different departments or branches, we will give them one Master login for their organization and one login for each of their departments or branches.

when you register a new device then you can tell us from what all logins it should be accessible. One tracking device can be accessible from multiple logins. Normally we will associate it with your default login.

Web access charges as mentioned are not based on how many logins you have but how many GPS trackers are registered by you.

Yes this will be good way to start with. Pl. send me your billing and shipping information and I will send you Performa Invoice. You can pay by Credit card, Paypal.com or can do T/T to our bank account.

In addition you will need to purchase a GPRS SIM card from Cellular provider in your country. I will suggest you to purchase the SIM card in advance and let us know the SIM details so that we pre-configure the unit, and it will work out of box when received after inserting SIM card

u will need to provide us with SIM number, GPRS connection settings as per the cellular operator you select.

Customer: What does USD15 in advance means ?

we charge USD5 per month per GPS tracker for web access. So for 3 months its USD15. So if you have paid USD15 then for 3 months you can do the web access after that you have to again pay USD15 for next quarter (3 months)

You can also pay for 6 months or 1 year in advance so that there is no need to pay small amounts like USD15 again and again.

But if you have credit card or paypal.com then it should not be problem paying these small amounts. also i suggest you to purchase 2 units. You might like to install one at your potential customer site to get his feedback and may be he will place order to you.
