You don't need to worry, complete IT infrastructure is managed by us, we already have 5 servers running currently and we keep adding. You need to only pay for activation charges and per month charges for each GPS Tracker unit. Servers etc. are managed by us.

But if you need a separate dedicated server for you then charges are separately mentioned in the link provided (http://info.gpsintegrated.com/sales-marketing/international-opportunities). You can have multiple servers or upgrade server hardware in future.

And after 2500 vehicles either we can upgrade server (based on new server configurations bandwidth and OS available) to support more devices or setup one more dedicated server.

Normally the CPU power, OS capabilities and bandwidth is increasing rapidly and we thing that after 6 months one server will be capable of handling 5000 devices

Can u tell me that your system only works wih GSP tracker. if we want to use some other device than..

We can configure the system to work with other devices also, if we approve them after testing. We have several features configured and different devices may support different features. Also some devices are not having good GSM or GPS modules and it leads to errors in data, connectivity and on maps.

It will cost you USD2500 additional to test and configure a new device in our system

also we have tie-up with several manufacturers and some of their devices might be already support but not displayed by us. SO if you give your requirements to us we can suggest the suitable device or manufacturer. Also if u are developing ur own device then we can provide protocol instructions so that your device work seamlessly with our system

the device communicate with the servers in India. through GPRS or SMS

these servers are in USA and not in India. At present all communication is thru GPRS

but SMS option is also available but not configured by us for Indian market as here GPRS is quite stable and available at most of the places

also if at some location the GPRS is not available for say 30 mins. then our device will store the data in internal memory and after 30 mins upload it to the server vai GPRS so that you still get the full GPS data

Also if you use SMS option then you will need a additional SMS to Web gateway device to be kept in your office. This device will receive SMS and upload to our server using GPRS or Ethernet. This device cost USD500 per device. No. of points to receive SMS has to be decided by you. e.g. if in your country you have multiple cellular circles with different SMS rates, the u may like to install one gateway per circle so that u save SMS sending cost.

In this second option we manage the server and software but you can have full admin rights to ensure that you data is not compromised

in earlier option with USD10000 , you find your own dedicated server and pay the server company separately and totally manage your server on your own and we only setup the software and keep it running
